留学生应当在居留证件有效期届满三十日前由本人提供以下材料,交至班主任：
1.护照原件；
2.健康检查证明书（6个月内）原件；
3.健康检查证明书（6个月内）复印件；
4.护照首页复印件；
5.居留许可页（有效期内）复印件；
6.最新日期入境章页（椭圆形入境章）复印件.
7.如有新旧两本护照，需提供旧护照的原件和首页复印件。
8.办理居留许可证件须持有有效期为六个月及以上的有效护照。
9.护照遗失的需提供报失证明原件和复印件。
International students shall provide the following materials to the class director at least 30 days before the expiry date of Residence Permit:
1. Passport;
2. Certificate of Health Examination(within 6 months);
3.Photocopy of Certificate of Health Examination (within 6 months);
4. Photocopy of the first page of the passport ;
5. Photocopy of the latest Residence Permit (within the period of validity);
6. Photocopy of the latest Entry Stamp (oval entry stamp).
7. If there are old and new passports, original and photocopies of two passports shall be provided.
8. The residence permit shall be extended on the passport valid for six months or more.
9. The student who ever lost his/her passport shall provide the original and photocopy of the CONFIRMATION OF REPORTING THE LOSS OF PASSPORT.
