提交的有关规定
Regulations on the Application of Residence Permit
and the Submission of Materials
根据长沙市公安局人口与出入境部门的相关规定，为规范办理我校来华留学生居留许可证件的办理，现将居留证件办理
的相关要求和所需提交的材料作如下规定：
According to the requirements of the Population and Exit&Entry Administration Division Public Security Bureau of Changsha City, in order to standardize the processing of residence permit for international students, we have specific the list of the documents needed for extending Residence Permit:
1、留学生需在居留许可到期前 30 天由留学生本人提供以下 材料：（首次入境的学生，居留时间从入境当日起计算，仅30日停留）
①护照原件
②健康检查证明书原件
③最新护照首页复印件
④最新签证页/最新居留许可页（有效期内）复印件
⑤最新日期入境章页（椭圆形入境章）复印件
⑥ Photocopy of Certificate of Health Examination (within six months)
⑦ Photocopy of Admission Letter
⑧ JW202 Form
2、在每份复印件的右上角用铅笔标明其年级、学号及手机号码，所有复印件需用 A4 纸张，可双面复印。
Each copy’s top right corner shall be marked with the student number 、mobile phone number and Batch in pencil and all the copies shall be printed on A4 paper, double sides allowed.
3 、如有更新护照，需提供新旧护照的原件和首页复印件。
If there are old and new passports, photocopies of two passports shall be provided.
4 、在护照有效期到期前 6 个月请提前更新护照，否则或将
导致无法办理居留许可延期。
The passport shall be renewed 6 months before the expiry date,
otherwise the residence permit cannot be applied.
5 、护照遗失的需提供报失证明原件和复印件。
The student who ever lost his/her passport shall provide the original and photocopy of the CONFIRMATION OF
REPORTING THE LOSS OF PASSPORT.
本通知自 2023 年 1 月 1 日起执行。
This notice shall be implemented since 1st January, 2023.
